Data Analytics and Machine Intelligence Lab

The Data Analytics and Machine Intelligence (DAMI) Lab is based at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and led by Prof. Yao Ma. The lab works across social computing, data mining, and machine learning, with particular strength in social network analysis, deep learning on graphs, and knowledge graphs.

Research environment

My work in DAMI connects reliable knowledge grounding for LLMs with graph machine learning and data-centric AI. The lab provides a collaborative setting for developing research questions, designing careful experiments, and communicating results through papers, tutorials, and workshops.
